Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To lead and deliver significant growth in sales of Solar PV, energy efficiency solutions to commercial customers.
  • Sales Delivery and Management
  • Should have interest in Renewable energy.
  • Drive overall sales growth in core product areas of Solar Rooftop.
  • Acquiring New customer independently.
  • Should have good negotiation Skills.
  • Meet potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine product or service best supports these needs.
  • Convert customer leads into delivered sales by writing and submitting proposals, negotiating terms and completing deals.
  • Select and manage third party delivery partners for the design, installation and maintenance of core products sold to customers
  • Lead the overall sales process and project delivery from start to successful completion.
  • Relevant education in energy, engineering or business.
  • Proven track record in a consultative/technical sales environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Mandate experience: Strong renewable energy sales track record (in at least one of solar PV, Roof top energy efficiency assessment and sales).
  • Key Competencies Required.
  • Self-Drive.
  • 5 years’ experience working in the energy industry, strong preference for renewable energy sales experience.
  • Experience of working in a professional, customer focused environment.

Regional Sales Manager Job Purpose:

Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base; managing team.

Regional Sales Manager Job Duties:

  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
