Business Development Manager-Mumbai

Location: Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd. 503, Kane Plaza, Near Mind Space, Chincholi Bunder, Malad (w). Same building of Bank of Baroda Mumbai.

Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization or Any Postgraduate

Experience: 2-5 yrs .

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Direct/corporate sales/Channel Sales.
  • Hunting new accounts
  • Corporate Sales/Channel Sales experience with Telecom/IT Hardware background.
  • Product experience of IT Hardware – Servers, PC consumable etc.
  • Should have good negotiation Skills.
  • Mapping the organization.
  • Generating the new business.
  • Responsible to close the orders.
  • Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
  • Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
  • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.

 

Desired Candinate profile:-

 

  • Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling technology products in IT/Telecom industry.
  • Preferably a P.G. graduate with experience in a MNC or corporate company.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal selling skills with ability to interact at all levels in organizations be it CXO levels etc.
  • High achievement record within Corporate Sales/Channel Sales.
  • Should have good negotiation Skills.
  • Move the sale through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company resources as necessary  to ensure success.
  • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
  • Experience in selling video conferencing, telecom products, and network or security products.
  • Worked with an S.I company & IT Resellers.
  • Preferable if sold MS solution Exchange etc. or telecom products PBX or data & security products e.g. Router, firewall, load balancer etc.
  • Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
  • Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.

Experience: 1-3 yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow up with the customers for payment Collections
  • Maintain the records on daily basis
  • Preparing and Maintaining MIS
  • Should have experience in handling Corporate Clients.
  • Collect payments on past due bills.
  • Create a list of people who have not made payments.
  • Attempt to collect payment.
  • Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
  • Print reports for management.

 

Desired Candinate profile:-

 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Excel and MS Office Knowledge.
  • Minimum notice period for immediate joining.
  • Maintain and update records.
